We hope you will take the time to read over this list of Do's and Don'ts for watching competitions.  While this is a fairly comprehensive list, it cannot cover every possible scenario.  When in doubt, use your best judgment, and remember, we're all there to support our band and have fun!  Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns to Julie Yonn (nabandpresident@gmail.com) or Monica Noyce (nabandboostersecretary@gmail.com).  Thank you again for all your support!

Important points from the Parent Meeting

9/14/2014

--Jacket Regiment will be competing at Midland Valley in the Mustang Classic on Saturday 9/20.  Call time for all members is 3 pm (on the practice field).  More information about this competition will be going out by Tuesday.
--Any student who still has not turned in money from selling tumblers or flower coupons needs to do so ASAP.

--Please make sure that you are picking your student up on time after practice and games.  They are dismissed at 6 pm every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  Picking up after a home game can be difficult with traffic, but students are typically done and waiting at the traffic circle within 30 minutes of the end of the game.  For away games and competitions, we will have your student call you as we're approaching the school.  If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact Missy King (nabandchaperones14@gmail.com).

--Statements reflecting payments and donations for the Chicago trip will be sent out this weekend.  If you have any questions about your student's account, please contact Gina Bull (nabandboostertreasurer@gmail.com).  As a reminder, all band fees are due by September 25 and must be paid in full in order to go to Chicago.

--The second payment of $150 is due on or before October 1, and the balance is due on or before October 22.  Payments can be dropped in the black box in the band room or made on the band website (northaugustajacketregiment.org).

--If you are chaperoning the Chicago trip, please make sure that you have turned in a form to Gina or Missy.  There will 2 informational meetings for chaperones and tagalongs.  The dates for these will be announced at a later date.

--Fruit sales will begin September 29 with all money and orders due by November 17.  We expect every member to sell their fair share of 10 boxes.  There will be more information about fruit sent out in the next few weeks.  If you would like to volunteer to help with unloading/sorting/distributing orders, please contact Laura Mooney (nabandfundraising@gmail.com).

--Don't forget to bring your case of water to the practice field!  We are still in need of freezer pops as well.

Thank you for your support!
